PEAVIS releases music video for "Family" from their latest album, a song about a life before discovering the love of family

The music video for the track “Family” from Fukuoka-based rapper PEAVIS’ latest album, “The Blooms Album (Deluxe),” released in January, has been released.

In this song, PEAVIS frankly raps about his feelings for his biological father whom he never met and his stepfather who raised him. The song tells the story of PEAVIS’ life, from his complicated family background to his discovery of the love of his family, overcoming his blood ties.

The sound was produced by Fog, who is from the same hometown as PEAVIS. Keyboardist/producer Atsushi Inoue (showmore), who has supported live performances by SIRUP, go!go!vanillas, s**t king, and others, participated in the piano arrangement. The piano melody and UK drill rhythm create a melodic and dramatic sound.

The music video was directed by AKAIN HIROKI, a video artist who has worked on many projects by Fukuoka artists such as OAKLAY and Deep Leaf.
