Eminata releases music video for "Waves" from their first album, "Red"

The music video for the track “Waves” from Eminata’s first album, Red, released in May, has been released.

Eminata is a soul pop artist from Zushi, Kanagawa Prefecture. After joining slugger PRODUCTION, founded by MC Liberal, she released her first EP, ame (2021). In 2023, she moved to France and performed at ROOKIE A GO-GO at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL’23. She has been attracting attention for her seamless choice of words that are not bound by Japanese or English and her beautiful singing worldview.

The music video was directed by the same man who has worked on films such as “End of Watch,” “The Revenant,” “Bombshell,” and “Bright.”Arthur ToEminata herself also appears in the film.

They will also be holding their first solo concert at TOKIO TOKYO in Shibuya, Tokyo on Saturday, June 22nd.
