The new BACARDI music project is RIP SLYME x SAYA with the theme “Bakuon”

It has been announced that the new release from rum brand BACARDI’s music project, BACARDI Sound Distillery, will be a collaboration between RIP SLYME and Saraya.

This project will start in May 2023, and artists will create new songs together with BACARDI. RIP SLYME was just announced as the second artist for 2024, and it has been decided that Saya, who is active in a wide range of fields as a comedian and artist, will participate as a collaboration partner.

With a challenging and free approach, they exchange music and lyrics without speaking directly to each other, and Saraya will be putting her vocals on DJ FUMIYA’s track with MCs RYO-Z and ILMARI. The theme of the blend is “Bakuon”. It is not only a “roar” to liven up the summer, but also a “BACK ON” to bring back true feelings to the stage in a world where people can’t speak out and find it difficult to say what they think after the COVID-19 pandemic.
