Sakepnk’s second EP “R24A” released today from wau, featuring rappers on every track

Sakepnk’s new EP “R24A” was released today, Wednesday June 26th.

Sakepnk is an electronic artist belonging to the creative label/collective wau. This album contains four songs, including collaborations with MÖSHI, Daz (Flat Line Classics), and MK woop, as well as a new song “Last Night” featuring ONJUICY, who is known for his collaborations with TREKKIE TRAX CREW and Minami Nakamura.

Heavily influenced by the UK dance scene, Sakepnk has invited up-and-coming rappers to sing all the songs on this album. He describes the album as “a collection of works that depict the daily commute between the bedroom and the dance floor.”

In addition, a joint release party for Sakepnk and MÖSHI will be held at Solfa in Nakameguro, Tokyo on Saturday, July 6th. On the day, Daz, MK woop, ONJUICY, who participated in the EP, and MELEETIME, who is active mainly in Tokyo, will be appearing as DJs. Please check this out as well.
