Road racing enthusiasts 80KIDZ and Sasha release collaborative song “Echelon”

The collaborative single “Echelon” by electro duo 80KIDZ and radio DJ & Tour de France commentator Sasha was released today, Friday, June 28th.

This work was created by two road racing lovers, who pooled their ideas together, with the motif of the Grand Tour, one of the world’s three major cycle road races. It is a catchy, fast-paced track reminiscent of old French house and electro, and is a dance track sprinkled with voice samples of Sasha saying “Echelon” (a diagonal formation in a crosswind section), a road racing term.

The Tour de France, one of the Grand Tours and also known as one of the world’s three major sporting events, will begin tomorrow, Saturday, June 29th.
