Rapper Ole and his friend Sharaku release their collaborative song “Plan B” today

Ole released his new single “Plan B (feat. Sharaku)” today, Wednesday, July 3rd.

Ole/Takeru Shibuya is a video director/animator who has worked on music videos for hip-hop acts such as PUNPEE, Tusiki, Kvi Baba, and WILYWNKA, as well as official movies for “POP YOURS” and “HikakinTV.” He is also actively involved in music as a rapper.

This song features a guest appearance by Aichi-born rapper Sharaku. Sharaku produced and made the beat, creating a chill summer tune in which both Ole and Sharaku sing about the everyday summer. With a simple approach that pays respect to 90s hip-hop, the sound can be described as a Reiwa version of “summer jam.”

Mixing and mastering were done by Naoya Tokuno, who has worked on many works by Daichi Yamamoto and MFS. Many reel videos of this work have been uploaded on Ole’s Instagram and YouTube, so be sure to check them out as well.
