Nephew to release new song “Chill With Me” with artwork by Hiroshi Nagai

It has been announced that Nephew will release his new single “Chill With Me” on Wednesday, July 17th.

Nephew, a new generation R&B singer, shared a room in a music house in Brooklyn, NY, run by DJ Jazzy Jay of the legendary hip-hop crew Zulu Nation. He has also been attracting attention for his participation in WILYWNKA’s “Gorgeous (feat. ¥ellow Bucks & Nephew),” whose music video was released recently.

This is his first release of 2024 since his mixtape “RNB ERA” released last December under his own name, and is a love song about an ambiguous relationship that is more than friends but less than lovers, with a memorable track featuring a sad guitar arpeggio melody. The artwork is by living legend illustrator Hiroshi Nagai, and the illustrations with a laid-back atmosphere reminiscent of summer and tropical colors recreate the world of the song.

Pre-orders are available from today on iTunes Store and Spotify.
