Tomggg × ena mori releases new Pocari Sweat commercial song "Nante ne"

Tomggg and ena mori’s collaborative single “Nante ne” was released today, Friday, July 12th.

This song is the original theme song for the new TV commercial “Potential Ability is Within You” for the health drink “Pocari Sweat,” which will be aired nationwide starting today. It was co-written by Japanese composer/producer Tomggg and up-and-coming artist ena mori, winner of the Best Work Award at the Awit Awards, the largest music awards in the Philippines.

This is the second collaboration between the two since the release of “Strawberry Milk” in 2023. The remix contest for “Strawberry Milk” attracted over 70 songs and led to the release of two remix albums, which became a hot topic.

This is a pop song with lyrics that mix Japanese and English on a fancy track based on elements of hip hop and house. The pixel art artwork is by Motocross Saito.

I also love Pocari Sweat and often drink it when I want to get energized, such as before a live performance, so when I got the opportunity to create a commercial song, I was surprised and excited!

I worked with Tomggg on the song “ICHIGO MIRUKU,” and I’m very happy that we were able to create refreshing, heart-warming music once again.

I think we’ve created a song that is touching, even though it mixes English and Japanese, and is very much in keeping with Tomggg and I.
