Triple Fire has announced that they will be releasing their new album “EXTRA” on Wednesday, July 31st. The lead single “Aiseki-ya ni Iitai” was released today, Wednesday, July 17th.
Approximately seven years after their previous album “FIRE,” their fifth album “EXTRA” was produced with the strong support of Wakana Ikeda (Fl.), Naruki Numazawa (Key.), Shimada Boy (Per.), and PLASTICMAI (M6 Guest Vo.). Recording was handled by Tomomi Baba, and mixing/mastering was handled by The Anticipation Illicit Tsuboi. After a difficult birth, they proudly say that “Triple Fire has reached its peak,” and that a monster child that is more pop and entertaining than ever before has been born.
The artwork is illustrated by Minoru Tanibata. The new artist visuals were photographed by cherry chill will.
In addition, a release party for this album, a solo live show called “Ultimate Party 11”, will be held at Shibuya CLUB QUATTRO in Tokyo on Monday, August 19th.
