The collaborative single “Efficacy” by robe and Masahiro Sengoku was released today, Wednesday, July 17th.
robe is a solo project by KenT, a member of Soulflex and live supporter of SIRUP and Kohei Matsushita. Up until now, robe has mainly released instrumental songs, but this is the first work with vocals. The mellow singing voice of Osaka-based singer-songwriter Masahiro Sengoku, the layered vocals and chorus work, the deep and groovy tracks, and robe’s vivid sax ensemble and solo all blend together to create a tasteful R&B number.
Co-producer is BousiNomura, and artwork is by Ryo Manabe.
