Natsudaidai releases summer tune "Dusky dolphin" from their first EP "Seikaten"

Natsudaidai released their new single “Dusky dolphin” today, Wednesday, July 17th.

Natsudaidai is a unit named after the Japanese summer fruit, formed by singer Yoh and track maker Nanae, who share the same birthday. This work is a pre-release single from their first EP “Seikaten” scheduled for release on Wednesday, August 21st, and is a light summer tune that combines an uplifting beat that gives a revival of the 90’s, lyrics that make you want to dance, and Yoh’s floating voice.

In contrast to the previous EP title track “Seikaten,” which was arranged and mixed by Tomita Lab, the lyrics, composition, and production of this work are all handled by member Nanae alone.

The lyric video, released at the same time, shows the band members enjoying an early summer at the beach along with various creatures dancing in the sea.

In addition, the first release event, “Natsudaidai release party “fruits store”” will be held at TimeOut Cafe & Diner in Ebisu, Tokyo on Saturday, September 21st. In addition to Natsudaidai, Kitamura Fuki and SPENSR will also be performing live on the day. Tickets are now on sale to the general public.
