jo0ji’s new song “Nukui” has been chosen to be featured in the “Thoughts for Home” web video for Coca-Cola System’s “Kettle of Barley Tea from Sokenbicha” (hereinafter “Kettle of Barley Tea”).
The online video, which was released today, features popular comedian Mayurika’s Yuta Nakatani, who also provided the illustrations. The video is about everyday conversations that lead to memories of his hometown, and looks back on memories with his family from his childhood until he moved to Tokyo, all illustrated by Nakatani, who has won awards and is aiming to become a professional manga artist.

This original story combines memories of the warmth of his family and mother with the soul-boosting experience of drinking Kettle of Barley Tea, which tastes like barley tea carefully brewed in a kettle.
jo0ji’s new song “Nukui” has a nostalgic, warm melody and singing voice, and lyrics that fit the story, expressing the scene of the video more delicately. The song is scheduled to be released on Wednesday, August 7th.
