mouse on the keys, 4th album "midnight" release date announced

It has been announced that mouse on the keys will release their new album “midnight” on Friday, November 1st.

In December 2022, the band made a comeback as the new mouse on the keys for the first time in three years since 2019, at a solo performance at Hirashin Hiratsuka Cultural Arts Hall in Kanagawa. The songs “The Dawn” and “The Dusk”, which were premiered at this performance, embodied the comprehensive art that the band has pursued by blending and fusing performance, video, lighting, and stage direction.

They also performed “Pointillism I” and “Pointillism II” at the Matsumoto Architecture and Art Festival in 2023 and 2024. The experimental and ambitious performances span the fields of architecture, art, and music, and have evolved significantly from a live band to a comprehensive arts group.

It has been decided that the album showcase “4th Full Album midnight Showcase -FRACTREGION Vol.3-” will be held at EX THEATRE ROPPONGI in Tokyo on Wednesday, November 20th. The physical version of the album will also be available for pre-sale at the venue.

On the day, along with songs from the album, the performance will appeal to both the eyes and the ears, providing a profound experience that will shake up the audience’s perceptions and concepts. It will be a special night that can be seen as the culmination of the artistry that mouse on the keys has cultivated over the past two years since their revival in 2022.

Official advance ticket sales (lottery) began today at 8:00 p.m.
