Jinmenusagi releases DX and instrumental versions of their latest album "DONG JING REN" simultaneously

The deluxe and instrumental versions of Jinmenusagi’s latest album “DONG JING REN” (hereinafter referred to as DJR), released last November, were released today, Tuesday, July 23rd.

The deluxe version starts with “ICEY Remix” featuring Js Morgan, a former Self-Defense Forces officer and sneaker shop clerk in Tokyo, who has a unique musicality, and Bonbero, a core member of the hip-hop collective Yonekozoku, who continues to appear from the original DJR version. In “Blue Benza Remix”, rapper Tade Dust’s younger brother, the 19-year-old genius Kee Rooz, provides a verse, and Fison, who has a trilingual style and is still fresh in our memory from his joint album with Moment Joon, also spits hotly. This time, the first half of the album is decorated with a lineup that conveys Jimesagi’s attitude of hooking young artists.

In “Opp Otaku Remix,” Jimesagi summons Topham Hatt Kyo (FAKE TYPE.) and Rappubito, pioneers of the net rap culture, from the context of net rap, which is also a place where Jimesagi is related. He invites the leading figures of net rap, his roots, to his dojo and preaches the way of the rapper.

The remix of the hit song “GOAT” features a luxurious cast of artists including Spada, who, like Jimesagi, has Tokyo as his home base, Hideyoshi, who has made his presence known by making use of his dark vocal quality both as a solo artist and in his crew Tokyo Young Vision, MyghtyTommy, who also attracted attention on ABEMA’s “Rap Star Birth,” and the legend who needs no introduction, Mummy-D (Rhymester).

Including the single “Anata Watashi Remix” featuring JUMADIBA, the album contains five remixes that combine old friends, young people, mid-career artists, and legends, as well as three new songs, including the new song “PEEKABOO” with a simultaneous music video, “14kg” which approaches African rhythms from a Japanese perspective, and “Sushi”, whose video was shot in Thailand and became popular. The music video for “PEEKABOO” was directed by SENCH1.
