Kayoko Yoshizawa has released the music video for her new song “Motorcycle”.
“Motorcycle” is included in the EP “Rokka” released in March, and is a story about sneaking out of the house in the middle of the night without telling your family. It is said that the song was written in hopes of becoming like the wind without using the word “wind.” The music video was created by art director/videographer/collage artist Takaei Shimizu, and consists entirely of animation. It is an emotional video that expresses the worldview of the song.
●Kayoko Yoshizawa comment
I don’t want to be an adult yet, but I can’t stay a child. A one-night escape that these two people experience. I chose words that fully capture the self-consciousness of adolescence.
Following on from “Seishun Nante” and “Yutori”, Takaei Shimizu worked on this project. Enjoy a dreamy world sprinkled with real-life metaphors.
