MY FIRST STORY released the music video for “BREAK IT DOWN” on their official YouTube channel “MY FIRST STORY Official YouTube Channel” today, December 16th at 7pm.
“BREAK IT DOWN” will be released as a single in November 2024, and was written as the theme song for the movie “BLUE FIGHT ~Blue Youth Breaking Down~.”
This work is a grand scale music video that makes full use of CG, and depicts the protagonist’s challenge and determination amidst a profound and magnificent rock sound.
Please look forward to the nationwide release on January 31, 2025.

Formed in the summer of 2011 in Shibuya, Tokyo.
Since debuting with their first full-length album “MY FIRST STORY” in April 2012, their solid songs and live performances have become a hot topic, and they have steadily improved their skills by performing at large festivals across the country and co-starring with overseas artists. Since then, they have been actively performing live, and will hold “STORYTELLER TOUR 2021” in March 2021. The FINAL performance was held in Shibuya, where MY FIRST STORY was formed, and their first hall performance in Tokyo (LINE CUBE SHIBUYA). They held “MY FISRT STORY TOUR 2021” in July, “We promise, 4 you once again Tour 2021” in November, and held the Nippon Budokan performance for the first time in five years in February 2022 as the tour final.
In 2022, which marks the 10th anniversary of their debut, they will tour 22 performances nationwide on “MY FIRST STORY TOUR 2022”, and in 2023 they will tour 47 prefectures and release for 12 consecutive months.
In November, they held a one-man live performance with ONE OK ROCK for the first time at Tokyo Dome, and announced that they would be coming back with a one-man live performance this time.
A solitary rock band that is constantly evolving.
