MoMo Drops EP “Jaded”

MoMo has unleashed her debut EP “Jaded” on December 8th, along with the short version of the music video.

Raised on gospel in church as a kid, MoMo flew solo to the U.S. after high school. There, she kicked off songwriting with local talents and jetted to writing camps in the UK and Thailand, honing her skills as a singer-songwriter. She’s grabbed attention with collabs with Chocoholic, Wez Atlas, AmPm, and more.

MoMo – Jaded (short ver.)

This first EP packs a punch with tracks like “Jaded,” cooked up in a session with Grammy-nominated producer LeJ Keys (Julian Le) of Jhene Aiko’s “CHILOMBO” fame, featuring bass by Bubby Lewis, who’s also jammed on Snoop Dogg’s tour. “Turning Point,” a creation from an online session with neo-soul producer Baker Aaron and songwriter Kadeem Tyrelle, and “Hit Me Like That,” a collaboration from two years back with Japanese producer URU, are also included. It’s a lush, sultry neo-soul collection.

The “Jaded (short ver.)” music video is directed by Jun Usuda.
