Philippine boy band SB19 makes first appearance at “TFT”! “We are honored to be able to show our music and culture to the world like this.”

■SB19 performs the popular TikTok song “GENTO” in one take!

SB19, a five-member boy group from the Philippines, makes their first appearance on the YouTube channel “THE FIRST TAKE.”

They are the first Southeast Asian artists to be nominated for Top Social Artist at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards in the United States, and this time they will be performing the song “GENTO,” which has become a hot topic on TikTok for its addictive phrasing and impactful hip-hitting dance.

This song, which contains the message that “it is the accumulation of small efforts that leads to success,” is performed in one take in a special version exclusive to “THE FIRST TAKE.”

The 449th episode of “THE FIRST TAKE” featuring SB19 will premiere on July 1st at 10pm.
