BLANKEY JET CITY launched their official YouTube artist channel on July 2nd.
BLANKEY JET CITY is a legendary three-piece rock band consisting of Kenichi Asai (Vo/Gu), Toshiyuki Terui (Ba), and Tatsuya Nakamura (Dr). After disbanding in 2000, the band continues to exert a tremendous influence on the music scene and is highly respected by artists of all generations.
Approximately 24 years after their shocking disbandment, they have made the unprecedented move of opening an official YouTube artist channel (and also opening an official X/old Twitter account).
The latest footage of the classic live performance footage “LAST DANCE,” recorded on the second day of the two-day Yokohama Arena concert, which was the final performance of their last tour 24 years ago, and recorded at legendary live show on July 9, 2000, has been upconverted to full HD and will be premiered on YouTube for one night only from 8pm on July 9, 2024, the same day 24 years later.
