“Are You Sure?!”, the first travel variety show to feature BTS’s JIMIN and JUNG KOOK, will be exclusively streamed on Disney’s official video streaming service, Disney+, from August 8th (8 episodes in total, with 2 episodes for the first episode, and one episode every Thursday thereafter).
“Are You Sure?!” is the first travel variety show featuring a BTS unit, following rare footage of the two youngest members of global superstar group BTS, the close friend duo JIMIN and JUNG KOOK, commonly known as “Kookmin,” as they spend their holidays in full off-duty mode.
Six years after their memorable trip to Tokyo in 2017, JIMIN and JUNG KOOK embarked on another trip together in 2023, as they awaited military service.
Filming began immediately after JUNG KOOK finished his performance at the “Good Morning America Summer Concert” in New York’s Central Park. The two visited New York, USA; Jeju Island, Korea; and Sapporo, Japan. In the beautiful scenery of each location, they tried activities such as camping and canoeing, and enjoyed shopping and dining. At times they were seen having a great time, and you can see them in their natural, life-size selves, which is different from the glamorous star faces they show on stage.
Of course, the camera was rolling during the trip, and there was a great drive for fans. On their journey, they repeatedly encounter unexpected events that make them think, “Are you sure?!”, but they ask themselves and find what is “Sure” for them.
