INI’s 6th single “THE FRAME” has topped 50 charts, including the Oricon Daily Streaming Ranking and iTunes Top Songs. This is the highest number of charts the group has ever achieved.

“THE FRAME” CD sales exceeded 812,000 copies in the first week, and since their debut single, they have achieved half-million sales for six consecutive releases. With shipments exceeding 930,000 copies, INI is close to becoming their first million-seller.

■What is the latest work, “THE FRAME,” which continues to break new records?

INI’s sixth single, released on June 26th.

In addition to the lead song “LOUD,” member Nishi Hiroto wrote the lyrics and music for “Walkie Talkie,” and Shu Pung-fan participated in writing the lyrics for “I’m a Dreamer” for the first time.

Additionally, Ikezaki Rihito has skillfully illustrated a preview of the costumes they will wear in their “LOUD” music video, and Kyo has taken on the photography and design of the teaser image for the “Walkie Talkie” performance video, showing the members themselves taking on new challenges in many different areas.

■ 3rd anniversary since formation! From acting to festivals…INI is active in many areas

INI, which celebrated its third anniversary on June 13th, has been making great strides in many areas.

In June, they made their first appearance on the YouTube channel “THE FIRST TAKE.” The five members, Takumi Ozaki, Masaya Kimura, Pung-Fon Heo, Hiromu Takatsuka, and Kyosuke Fujimaki, appeared and demonstrated their vocal prowess by performing two songs, the hard rock number “FANFARE” and the warm-sounding “I’m a Dreamer.”

Some members are also active as actors. Ozaki made a name for himself by playing the role of intern Toori Kazama in the popular TV drama “Unmet: The Diary of a Brain Surgeon” (Fuji TV) which aired in April. Kimura will be making her film debut in the movie “Atashi no!” which will be released on November 8th, in which she will co-star with Watanabe Miho.

In addition, INI will be actively participating in large music festivals this year, appearing at “JAPAN JAM 2024” in April, “TOKYO METROPOLITAN ROCK FESTIVAL 2024” in May, and is scheduled to participate in “ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL 2024” and “SUMMER SONIC 2024” in August.

In July, they will appear for the third time at “KCON LA” in Los Angeles, USA. While promoting their presence in various fields, they will hold a fan concert tour “2024 INI FAN-CON TOUR (FLIP THE CIRCLE)” visiting 11 cities from September to November.
