[Ongaku no Hi 2024]Suga Shikao sings with Tokyo Tower in the background! The fourth artist to perform is Rockon Social Club



■Akiji Narita, Kenichi Okamoto (Rockon Social Club), and Takumi Kitamura (DISH//) have been confirmed to participate in the one-night special band “hope band”! Songs to be sung have also been announced

“Music Day 2024” will be hosted by Nakai Masahiro and Yasuzumi Shinichiro (TBS announcer) and will be broadcast on TBS for eight hours from 2:00 p.m. on July 13th.

Speaking of “Ongaku no Hi,” one of the highlights is the nationwide broadcasts across Japan. This time, in keeping with the theme “hope! The power of music,” a live broadcast will be planned in which “songs of hope” will be sung from places of hope. In addition to the six broadcasts already announced, it has been announced that Suga Shikao will be singing with Tokyo Tower, a symbol of the Showa era that has given people hope for many years, in the background.

In addition, the fourth artist to perform will be the rock band Rockon Social Club, produced by Teraoka Yuhito. Keep an eye out for their hot performance.

■The songs to be sung by the one-night-only special band “hope band” have been revealed!
Based on the theme of “Music Day,” the one-night special band “Hope Band” was formed with Teraoka Yuhito as the bandmaster and arranger. Shoji Narita, Kenichi Okamoto (Rockon Social Club), and Takumi Kitamura (DISH//) will join the gorgeous vocal lineup.

In addition to the already announced song “Jidai” (Nakajima Miyuki) by MISIA, songs by a super luxurious vocal line-up covering some of Japan’s most famous songs have also been decided.
