■ “Dreams Come True’s live show taught me the greatness of entertainment and the importance of sharing happiness, love and dreams.” (EXILE HIRO)
EXILE HIRO, President and CEO of the entertainment production company LDH, will be a guest on the “Interviewer Hayashi Osamu” segment of “Sunday First Time Hearing” which will be broadcast on the MBS/TBS network on July 21st.
In 1990, at the tender age of 20, he debuted as a dancer for the dance and vocal unit ZOO. His signature song “Choo Choo TRAIN” became a million-seller. HIRO is now the president of LDH, leading a staff of 500 people. We look back on his journey and explore his unknown struggles, turning points, and beliefs.
At the age of 22, HIRO was at the peak of his career, but ZOO disbanded after just five years, and he made a living as a dance instructor. Amidst all of this, HIRO revealed that it was his encounter with DREAMS COME TRUE that helped him find a new light. HIRO, who was a backup dancer for DREAMS COME TRUE, said, “DREAMS COME TRUE’s live shows taught me the greatness of entertainment, and the importance of sharing happiness, love, and dreams,” and that this spirit has become the foundation of his life. He also received a letter of encouragement from his mentor, Yoshida Miwa of DREAMS COME TRUE, and was embarrassed, saying, “Now that you mention it… am I really trying my best…”
EXILE TETSUYA and THE JET BOY BANGERZ also appeared and gave a dance lesson. They carefully taught Mr. Hayashi how to do the Running Man, but Mr. Hayashi struggled with the dance, which he was not good at. The members of the studio applauded his courageous attitude until the end.
In addition, messages arrive from LDH members, EXILE AKIRA, EXILE/Sandaime J SOUL BROTHERS’ Iwata Takanori, and FANTASTICS’ Yagi Yusei. Shocking encounter stories and secret stories from drinking parties are revealed one after another, leaving even the company president HIRO at a loss…
Next, EXILE NAOTO, leader of Sandaime J SOUL BROTHERS, appeared remotely and spoke of his immense trust and amazingness, saying, “(HIRO) is someone who teaches me about dreams and reality at the same time.”
Finally, HIRO, who built LDH, the company that boasts the highest number of live audience draws in Japan, and who cares about the future of his artists and talents as if they were family, reveals what he values most in his work.
