A premonition of a "revolution." Nogizaka46's Tsutsui Ayame appears on the cover and opening gravure of "BLT September Issue"

The cover and lead photo spread of the September issue of “BLT” (Tokyo News Service), which goes on sale on July 26th, will feature Tsutsui Ayame, a 4th generation member of Nogizaka46 who returned to the selection group for the first time in two works for the 36th single “Cheat Day.”

Tsutsui served as the leader for the first time at the under-live for the 35th single held in June, and on the final day of the live she expressed her strong desire to “become someone who can bring about a revolution.”

Impressed by this declaration, the editorial department of “BLT” immediately offered Ayame Tsutsui a solo cover shoot after the end of her under-live. This was an unusual opportunity for her to appear on the cover again less than a year after her last solo cover appearance.

The cut used for this cover shows her in a sophisticated white outfit in a hotel room. Until now, Ayame Tsutsui has been photographed by “BLT” in natural shots that still retain a hint of her youth, but this time her expressions and gestures are more mature and beautiful. After her experience as the group’s leader, this cover foresees the strength she will have to bring about a “revolution” in the group Nogizaka46.

Furthermore, the 20-page photo spread shows a new image of Ayame Tsutsui, standing strong in the middle of a crowd in the center of Tokyo. Of course, her natural and soothing smile is also included as before.

In addition, in the long interview, she confesses the thoughts she had kept hidden until now, and at one point she bursts into tears. As she turns 20, Ayame Tsutsui talks about her past and future plans, and her current thoughts are a must-read.

From Nogizaka46, 4th generation member Sato Rika also appears. In the 5th generation series, Kawasaki Sakura appears in a gravure shoot with the theme of “soreness of losing.”

Also appearing in this issue are Amano Kanoe from ≒JOY, actress Uesaka Juri, and voice actress and artist Misaki Nakora.

The issue also features surprise interviews with AKB48’s Sato Kirasaki, Ito Momoka, Omori Maho, and Yamazaki Sora, who are the main cast of the drama “Stardust Telepath,” as well as gravure photos of Appare!, Takane no Nadeshiko’s Momiyama Himeri, and Jams Collection’s Okonogi Ruka.
