The July 23rd broadcast of “Dancing! Sanma Palace!!” (Nippon TV, 8pm) will feature “Solo Girls Special.” The guests will be a diverse line-up of Akane, Ano, Aiko Minamoto, Yuki Kashiwagi, Satomi Shigemori, Sawa Suzuki, Sayuri Date, Tama, Hikorohi, Mitsuho Fukudome, Benishouga, and Naomi Watanabe (in alphabetical order).
At the opening, Naomi Watanabe, who is back in Japan from New York, reports on her current activities. She also mentions the “Beyonce dance routine” that led to her breakthrough.
Minato Aiko commented, “I go to karaoke alone.” Surprised, Sanma asked more questions, “I’m sure you’ve been proposed to a lot,” and “How many times in total?” Pushed by Sanma’s enthusiasm, Minato revealed the number of people she had been proposed to in the past. Similarly, when asked how many people she had been proposed to, Shigemori Satomi revealed the number of times she had been proposed to and the shocking words a man had once said to her, causing the whole studio to erupt in laughter.
In the talk theme “I can even enjoy doing things like this alone,” Watanabe, who often travels by plane, said, “It’s super fun to mediate arguments at the airport,” surprising everyone. When Ano reveals the shocking method she uses to keep people from finding out where she lives, everyone is shocked and asks, “What’s that about!?”
Minami, who loves karaoke, confesses her routine when she gets together with friends who love karaoke just as much as she does. Sanma is surprised by Minami’s unknown side, including the fact that she has an unexpected karaoke repertoire.

The topic of karaoke led to the conversation between Showa-born Sanma, Suzuki Sawa, and former member of Hysteric Blue, Tama, about how “recent songs are too fast to understand.” When Yuki Kashiwagi was asked by Sanma about her opinion on recent songs, her former AKB48 junior, Mitsuho Fukudome, who was sitting next to her, suddenly muttered something.
Sanma, who had heard this, immediately retorted, “Speaking ill of me in a low voice?”, to Kashiwagi’s complete confusion. Fukudome then spoke another very honest word, to which Kashiwagi was shocked, saying, “Speaking ill of me!? What!?” and yelled, “I really didn’t want to appear on the show with (Fukudome)!”
What Fukudome enjoys doing alone is boat racing. When he and Sanma get excited talking about the racetrack, he suddenly says to Sanma, “Nice!”, revealing his natural side.
In the talk theme “My rules for being alone that I will never compromise on,” Ano’s bold “way of eating an apple” that she says she can only do when she’s alone makes Sanma say, “That’s wild!”. The whole studio erupts in laughter when Kashiwagi demonstrates “how to walk on a dark street so no one will talk to you,” but Fukudome again bluntly says, “That’s a bit impossible.” Other topics that got the crowd excited were the “bath cancellation neighborhood” and “doing things naked,” which were hot topics.
