Leo Ieiri to release new album "My name"! New artist photo also released

Leo Ieiri has announced that she will release her eighth original album, “My name,” on October 2nd. The artists who will be participating in the album, the album format, bonus features, and new artist photos have all been revealed at once.

“My name” is her first new album in about a year and a half since her previous album “Naked”. This album includes new songs produced with a luxurious group of writers, including Chara, who will be her first collaboration, Yu Sudo (XIIX), who previously composed “Lemon Soda” and “Ai wo Ageru”, Yuki Ozaki (Galileo Galilei, BBHF), who has collaborated on many songs such as “Relax” and “Kono Sekai de”, Ryosuke Shimomura, who will be participating for the first time since “Kawaii Hito” released in 2022, “Shooting Star” written and composed by Maguro Taniguchi (KANA-BOON) released in August 2023, “BINKAN” composed by Shunichi Tanabe (BLUE ENCOUNT) released in October, and “Waltz” released in May 2024, as well as a new song written and composed by Leo Ieiri herself, for a total of 11 songs.

The limited edition comes with a Blu-ray containing a documentary of the live performance and behind-the-scenes footage of DAY 1 of “Leo Ieiri YAON ~SPRING TREE~” held at Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall on March 16, 2024. This product, which contains the complete recording of the performance of the first solo live performance at Nohgakudo in about 8 years, is a limited edition.
