■ “This song allowed me to feel my own evolution as a musician.” (Tsuneta Daiki)
MILLENNIUM PARADE, led by Daiki Tsuneta, released their second new song since their name change, “M4D LUV,” digitally on July 26th.
“M4D LUV” is a hedonistic and immersive dance track whose beat and phrasing will stay in the heads of everyone who listens to it.
The music video for “M4D LUV” was also released, which suddenly became a hot topic when a psychedelic trailer was released featuring nostalgic Heisei-era gal letters flowing like a banner.
The music video, which was produced in 3DCG and led by MILLENNIUM PARADE members Shu Sasaki and Kodai Mori, is set in KONG TONG TOKYO, the main concept of this project, and shows the characters engaging in the Para Para dance along with the mascot-like “Demon Angel.”
The graphics are reminiscent of the early 2000s and the video is structured like an MAD video, making it a highly addictive and unique experience.
Even before the release, a video of the enigmatic comedian Hyoroku and a group of gals dancing Para Para to “M4D LUV” had been garnering a lot of attention on MILLENNIUM PARADE’s official social media accounts, making the release and music video much-awaited for fans.
Comment from Daiki Tsuneta
Recently I’ve been working on creating “danceable music” on a daily basis, and I’m very happy to have been able to create something that is worthy of the new MILLENNIUM PARADE.
It has a pulse that anyone can dance to, yet at the same time contains a progressive essence, so it’s a song that allowed me to feel my evolution as a musician.
Dance your everyday life while listening to M4D LUV.
