The music video for Ikimonogakari’s new song “Challenger” will premiere on Ikimonogakari’s official YouTube channel from 7pm on July 31st.
“Challenger”, included in the new single “HareHare!/Ao no Naka de” released on July 17th, was written specifically as the theme song for TV Asahi’s “Super J Channel”, with lyrics and music written by Yoshiki Mizuno and sound produced by Yusuke Tanaka.
The song has been aired on the program since January, and many fans have been waiting for its release, saying, “I can’t wait for tomorrow!” and “I look forward to it every day.”
The music video is a fully animated piece to express the worldview of the song. It was supervised and illustrated by illustrator Ryo Kaneyasu, and animated by video director/CG designer Yasuhito Matsuura.
