Kis-My-Ft2's Miyata Toshiya and the next breakout actress Inagaki Raizumi perform well! Dubbed version of the movie "Blue: You're Okay" released

The movie “Blue: You’re Okay” will be available for digital pre-release from August 14th, with the Blu-ray and DVD to be released on September 11th. To commemorate this, the dubbed version of the movie has been released, featuring the excellent performances of voice cast members Miyata Toshiya (Kis-My-Ft2) and actress Inagaki Raizumi, capturing the fateful encounter between Blue (Miyata) and the young girl Bee (Inagaki).

When “Blue: Are You Okay?” was released in North America in May 2024, it debuted at No. 1 and maintained a top three ranking for four consecutive weeks. After its release in Japan, it received rave reviews, such as “It’s a heartwarming film that resonates especially with adults” and “I never thought it would make me cry so much!”, and it filled the world with heartwarming emotion.

In the Japanese dubbed version, Miyata Toshiya, known as one of the biggest anime fans in the entertainment industry, takes on the role of “Blue”, the big, fluffy purple-blue character at the center of the story, for the first time in dubbing a live-action foreign film. The main character, Bee, a young girl who rises up to help Blue, is delicately played by Inagaki Raizumi, the next breakout actress who has appeared in films such as “And Then the Baton Was Passed”.

Miyata and Inagaki play the bond between Blue and Bee, who start out with an exquisite distance between them, unaware that this will be their fateful encounter, and deepen as they overcome various events together. The dialogue between the two, who play contrasting characters, is sure to move everyone’s hearts.
