■Ae! group comes with an extra large “Summer pinup” attachment that features two different facial expressions!
Issue 29 of Josei Seven (on sale August 5th) is now on sale, featuring Ae! group, Bishounen, and K (&TEAM).
■Ae! group talks about “Acchi Kocchi Ae!”
The Ae! group was photographed under a blue sky, wearing refreshing denim styles that were perfect for summer. In the long interview, they talked extensively about their feelings after their debut, as well as their regular program “Acchi Kocchi Ae!” (ABC TV), which began in May when they made their debut. The members travel all over Japan, sometimes putting their bodies on the line while interacting with people in various places, and for the first time, they reveal behind-the-scenes stories from the location shoot.
They once again took on the “7 Letter Limit Challenge,” which was well-received in an interview at the time of their debut. In reference to the “seven” in Josei Seven, this project involved answering questions in seven letters or less. They answered questions such as how each member is doing, how they’re feeling after their debut, and requests to their fans with exquisite word sense.
The supplement is an extra-large pinup that is about four times the size of the magazine. It is double-sided and you can enjoy two different expressions: Summer Smile Ver. and Cool Guy Ver. For the Summer Smile Ver., he was holding something bigger than usual for the photo shoot.
■The second installment of the “Midsummer Junior Festival”! Beautiful Boys embody the beauty of Japanese culture in yukata!
Bishounen appears as the second in the “Midsummer Junior Festival” series, featuring four junior groups from the east and west of Japan. The photos of the beautiful boys in yukata robes, highlighting their orthodox beauty, were taken at a shrine. You won’t be able to resist falling in love with their appearance, which embodies the beauty of Japan. In the pin-up supplement, you can enjoy solo shots of each group in different situations.
In the long interview, they discuss the theme of the Olympic year, and share their honest thoughts, such as wanting to give a gold medal to a member and which member they would never want as a love rival.
As a special project common to all “Midsummer Junior Festivals,” the group will take part in a “four-character neologism” challenge. They will answer questions about the charms of the members and the group in the style of four-character idioms. Try to decipher the “lettered” answers that the members have come up with using their imagination and creativity.
■2nd issue of consecutive gravure photos! &TEAM K’s beautiful gaze “Look at me”
K, the oldest member of &TEAM, is making her first drama appearance as the Grim Reaper in the drama series “Get Me ~Reminiscences~”. Following on from the previous issue, her first solo photoshoot for a women’s weekly magazine is published in “Josei Seven”. In this photo shoot, which focuses more on her “gaze” than the previous one, she is seen lying down on a Persian carpet and standing up. Of particular note is K’s sharp yet gentle gaze.
The role of the Grim Reaper that he plays in the drama is a character who “finds souls wandering between this world and the afterlife and takes them to the underworld, which is a ‘miscellaneous task.'” When asked if he was good at miscellaneous tasks, K said with a laugh, “I’m not good at it at all! I’m not good at things like tidying up my room, and that’s one thing I want to fix.”
The magazine contains 4 pages of gravure, a detailed interview, a free Polaroid photo, and 16 pages of other photos exclusive to the digital edition. It’s a must-see gravure for fans.
