Something strange happens to Kaito Matsukura (Travis Japan) within the first few minutes! Cheatsheet Theatre “Towards a Perfect Future” begins broadcast

■ Kaito Matsukura (Travis Japan) is starting the match with Yamazoe and Ranjatai Kunizaki, who are using cue cards to control him!?

The first episode of the sci-fi drama “Towards a Perfect Future,” starring Shinobu Tanigawa (Sisonne) and featuring Kaito Matsukura (Travis Japan) and Yoko Kumada, was broadcast on TV Asahi on August 6th.

It was announced in advance that the story will be about a genius scientist, Machii, played by Hasegawa, who meets and gets tangled up with his son who claims to be from the future, played by Matsukura, and a woman who wants to be his assistant, played by Kumada. In addition, it was announced that there will be a “gimmick” within the story.

Then, a few minutes into the drama, something strange happens. Professor Machii, played by Hasegawa, asks the man, played by Matsukura, who calls himself “the son from the future,” “Tell me the name I gave you,” to verify his authenticity. Matsukura then gives an unclear answer, saying, “It’s that, it’s that…,” and seems to glance off at something while drifting his gaze. In front of his eyes is a cue card handed out by staff members played by Yamazoe Hiroshi of Aiseki Start and Kunizaki Kazuya of Ranjatai.

■Yamazoe and Ranjatai Kunizaki from Aiseki Start fill in the lines that didn’t make it into the script in time with the help of cue cards!
An unusual caption appeared, reading, “Some of the lines could not be written in time for the filming date. For the lines that have not been decided, we will use cue cards on the spot. We ask for your understanding in advance,” and revealed that the official title of the program is “Cue Card Theater” “Towards a Perfect Future.”

Suspecting that he is from the future, he is bombarded with questions such as “What’s the latest news topic in the future?” and “What’s the buzzword everyone is saying in the future?”, to which Yamazoe and Kunizaki give answers based on cue cards they give on the spot. Matsukura, the son from the future, follows their instructions and performs a joke from the future. He goes wild, doing crazy impersonations of Hasegawa.

■ Disturbing truth revealed to Sisonne’s Hasegawa!?
In addition, at the end of the first episode, the son tells his father a shocking truth. Also, in the broadcast on August 13th next week, a new character, a passionate assistant played by Yoko Kumada, is scheduled to appear.

Of course, the key to the drama will be the “dialogue support” that Yamazoe and Kunizaki team up to deliver in every episode. What kind of story will they draw on the blank page called the sketchbook?

The August 6th broadcast is available for catch-up streaming on TVer and ABEMA.
