TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s first VR concert, “HYPERFOCUS: TOMORROW X TOGETHER VR CONCERT” (hereinafter “HYPERFOCUS”), will be held in movie theaters in five cities across Japan, including Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka, starting September 6th.
“HYPERFOCUS” is a “world VR concert tour” that will visit movie theaters in 11 cities around the world, including Korea, the United States, and now five cities in Japan. It is the largest VR concert to be held in Japan, and further spurs on the momentum of TOMORROW X TOGETHER, who achieved the fastest 4 major dome tour in Japan in history as a K-POP artist.
The concert will be based on the concept of “A journey to find the lost fragments of light with TOMORROW X TOGETHER”, and the members will perform a flexible and powerful performance in front of the audience, moving from stage to stage in a fantastical and beautiful world. The set list will be full of the charm of TOMORROW X TOGETHER, from their representative song “Sugar Rush Ride” to their latest song “Deja Vu”.
Audience members can wear VR headsets in movie theaters and enjoy an immersive VR concert with 12K high definition images and a high quality sound environment from a 5.1ch surround system. The headset recognizes hands, so audience members can control the VR concert with their own hands and enjoy it from any angle or position. In addition to being able to see the members’ overwhelming visuals and performances from a “front row” perspective, as if you could reach out and touch them, you can also enjoy a special immersive experience as the members sing while looking into your eyes.
Another highlight is the members’ expressions, which can only be experienced in a VR concert, and they perfectly responded to the direction of director Kim Hong-chan, who served as the film’s VFX supervisor, who asked them to “treat the camera as if it were a fan and communicate with it.”
In addition, the member you select at the beginning who will guide you on your journey to find the fragments of light will hand out cheering sticks (light sticks) or lead you by the hand during the concert, creating an interactive experience unique to VR concerts.

We are delighted to be holding HYBE JAPAN’s first VR concert with TOMORROW X TOGETHER, who are currently on a four-dome tour in Japan. The show began screening in Seoul, South Korea on July 31st, and fans who experienced the VR concert have been expressing their appreciation.

The “HYPERFOCUS” Japan tour will kick off in Tokyo on September 6th and will be screened at cinemas in Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Yokohama until December 1st. Advance ticket sales will begin at play guides on August 8th.
As an admission bonus, a HYPERFOCUS package (1 official ticket / 2 random HYPERFOCUS photo cards (2 randomly selected from 20 types) / HYPERFOCUS special envelope included) will be distributed, and a limited poster (1 of 2 types / A3 size) will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
