“Highball for Snack Girls” is a 10-episode, 20-episode situation comedy with an original script by Aiko Kano, who is popular among comedians as the comedian duo A Masso, and starring Yamaguchi Sayaka and Kita Kana. With each episode, A Masso and Aiko Kano’s conversational drama is filled with “real” and “poisonous” stories about working women, and after airing it, mainly among women, word-of-mouth comments such as sympathy on SNS have been increasing one after another. Hitoshi Yoshida will appear in the 6th week broadcast (broadcast on May 9th) as Mukai, a junior from the Satori generation of main guest Satsuki.

<11th cup> “Highball for a poor mom”
Mom (Sayaka Yamaguchi) cheerfully talks about the decrease in new customers and declining sales. Upon hearing these words, Satsuki (Kita Kana) and her regular customers hurriedly begin a strategy meeting. Everyone has come up with ideas such as handing out flyers and advertising on SNS, but they can’t quite figure it out. Meanwhile, Nishiyama (Kaztoyo Yoshimi) comes up with an idea to shoot a musical-style PR video.

<12th cup> “Give the Satori boys a highball”
Satsuki comes to Snack Margaret with her junior colleague Mukai (Hito Yoshida). She introduces Mukai to her mom and regular customers, but for some reason they can’t get a conversation going. This is because Mukai is a modern-day Satori generation boy who avoids unnecessary things as much as possible. The regular customers gradually become heated by his behavior, but Mukai, on the other hand, responds calmly. What will happen to the intergenerational conflict that breaks out over snack food?
