“Nanani Underground Abema” is a regular Abema program featuring Inagaki Goro, Kusanagi Tsuyoshi (the official spelling of “nagi” is the old-style character for “bow” with the character for “front” and “sword”), and Katori Shingo.

Episode 37, which aired on August 11th at 8pm, was titled “Parents reveal their true feelings about their kids! A special look behind the scenes at buzzworthy teens,” and featured six buzzworthy teens who are garnering attention on social media gathering in the studio.

A variety of unique individuals participated in the conversation with the Nanani members, including the currently popular handsome Ueno Hanamichi, the popular songstress Nanaminminzemi on social media, Yoshida Ion who has been viewed over 1 billion times on social media and is popular for his unique character, Ikeda Reio, also known as “Otoro Prince” who became a hot topic for his appearance of munching on otoro with relish, Horsepower 300 Man who caused a stir with the dance video they performed at the sports festival, and the Eiyu couple whose video of them falling at the sports festival was viewed 6.4 million times.

As various buzzworthy teens livened up the studio, the popular handsome influencer Ueno Hanamichi, who participated in Abema’s original romance reality show “I Fell in Love Today,” had five women confess their love to him in just four months, and won the grand prize in the “Mister High School Contest 2023,” which decides the coolest high school student in Japan, appeared in the studio, causing the Nanani members in the studio to erupt in excitement.

Staring at Ueno from close range, Katori praised his good looks, saying, “He’s so cool,” while Inagaki said, “I want to look at him forever,” and “I want to display him in my room.”

Then Katori spoke up again and stated, “I will definitely go into a private room.”

When asked why, he said, “During a studio recording, I was relieving myself and Kato Cha came in next to me,” “Just when I was starting to feel a little awkward, Shimura Ken came in,” and “From then on, I started going to private rooms,” revealing some surprising experiences unique to the entertainment industry, which got the studio excited.
