Naniwa Danshi to appear on the cover of the regular and small editions of the special edition commemorating the 72nd anniversary of the launch of "Myojo"

Naniwa Danshi will appear on two cover versions of the October issue of “Myojo” (Shueisha), which goes on sale on August 22nd, both in the regular edition and the mini edition.

This special issue commemorating the 72nd anniversary of the founding of “Myojo” features a premium double-sided cover with a single door opening, and various group photos of the seven members of Naniwa Danshi.

On the cover, Naniwa Danshi showed off a refreshing look in T-shirts and jeans. “Thank you for choosing us for your inaugural issue for the second year in a row!” (Ohashi Kazuya) and “Please take a cool photo~♪” (Onishi Ryusei) were the main characters as the shoot progressed with enthusiasm. They showed smiles that put the viewer at ease, as if projecting the natural aura of Naniwa Danshi, who always stand in front of the camera.

Meanwhile, in the feature inside, unlike the cover, the members are dressed in sporty outfits and answer interview questions in which they each share their own opinions on friendship. The content gives a glimpse of the talent that has earned them the affection of those around them.

The final installment of the photo shoot project “7 Colored Holidays “, which has been serialized for seven consecutive issues and focuses on the members’ days off, will feature Michieda Shunsuke.

This magazine is packed with images of 22-year-old Michieda Shunsuke’s true expressions, from his relaxed, natural side as he lounges in bed at a hotel while traveling to a slightly sexy pose as he sips his favorite coffee.

After the shoot, Michieda said, “The shoot was so fulfilling that we could have doubled the pages, and I think you can see a variety of expressions!” These wonderful photos are a must-see.

Also, in his popular solo series “Michieda Shunsuke Magazine-Only Side Street Radio #SS7.28MHz,” which has been running for about a year now, he talked about the manga that influenced him.

Furthermore, at the beginning of this issue there is a 16-page special feature titled “Idols are the best!” in which he talks about his views on idols, from the debut group such as Yamada Ryosuke, Nagase Ren, Morimoto Shintaro, Iwamoto Hikaru, and Michieda Shunsuke to juniors.

The second installment of the annual popular feature “Message Cards with the latest junior data” is also included. Following on from the first installment in the September issue, this edition allows you to see the latest information on idols at a glance.

The series “10,000-character long interview” began in the May 2011 issue. The October issue featured Ae! Group’s Kojima Ken. The idol, who made his CD debut, looked back on his life from childhood onwards and spoke about the struggles he faced as a junior and the bonds he had with his family and friends.
