&TEAM's second single "Aoarashi" reaches number one on the Oricon weekly singles rankings for the first time

&TEAM’s second single “Aoarashi”, released on August 7th, won first place for the first time in the Oricon weekly single rankings dated August 19th (calculation period: August 5th to August 11th).

Furthermore, on Billboard JAPAN’s weekly single sales chart “Top Singles Sales,” released on August 14th (calculation period: August 5th to August 11th), the album topped the chart with first week sales of 461,863 copies, and total shipments have exceeded 600,000 copies, continuing to break new personal records and surpassing the previous work.

Their second single, “Aoarashi,” topped the Oricon Daily Singles Rankings multiple times in the first week (August 6th, 7th, 9th, 10th, and 1st), and also set a new personal best in first-day sales. They also topped the iTunes J-pop music charts in 23 countries and regions on August 8th, proving their global popularity.

Additionally, on the morning of August 13th, the music video for “Aoarashi” achieved 10 million views, the fastest ever.

The second single, “Aoarashi,” follows on from the first single, “Samidare,” and is the second chapter of a story about boys who bond through the four seasons. In addition to the title track, “Aoarashi,” the second single includes three new songs, “Voice Change” and “Imprinted.”

Set in the summer, this film depicts the boys’ unyielding spirit and youthful energy. September will mark the second anniversary of the formation of &TEAM, and the story overlaps with the boys’ current feelings as they overcome their conflicts and deepen their trust in each other, and that together they can change the world, and that as the strongest nine members they can rise to any height.

At the album’s showcase held on August 8th, these three songs were performed for the first time in front of fans, attracting a lot of attention.
