Tsunku♂-produced Chou Galru’s debut song “Mecha Yaba Boom Boom” is now available

■Cho Gyaru is a group that originated from “Lavvit!” and is led by Gal Sone!

The eight successful candidates from the “Reiwa no Galuru (tentative) Member Audition” produced by Tsunku♂, a project held on TBS’s “Ravit!”, plus Gal Sone, debuted as “Super Galuru”. Their debut song “Mecha Yaba Boom Boom” was released digitally on August 15th.

“Gyaru”, a gal unit produced by Tsunku♂, debuted in 2007. After 16 years, they made a one-night comeback as “One Night Galru” at “LOVE IT! ROCK 2023” in 2023, creating a big buzz in the Reiwa era.

Then in 2024, Tsunku♂ himself once again launched the “Reiwa no Galru (Kari)” project. He recruited members through auditions, open to both professionals and amateurs, and selected eight members from over 1,000 applicants. Tsunku♂ then appointed Gal Sone, who had been active in “Gyaru”, as a new member and leader, and “Reiwa no Galru (Kari)” was renamed to a nine-member gal unit called “Cho Galru”.

Their debut song “Mecha Yaba Boom Boom” is available for pre-release on TikTok from August 2nd ahead of the song’s release. In addition, Cho Gyaru is also scheduled to appear at “LOVE IT! ROCK 2024” on August 24th.
