■The drama “Fear” will start airing from 12:58am on August 15th!
The main visual for the drama “Kore” (CBC TV), starring Riko and featuring Hey! Say! JUMP’s Takaki Yuya (the official spelling of “Taka” is with a はしごだか), has been released.
This work is based on the highly acclaimed manga series “Fear – Reiwa Kaidan” by Kawakami Juoku (Cycomi/Cygames) which is currently being serialized on the smartphone and PC manga service “Cycomi”, and is a modern horror drama that depicts themes symbolizing the Reiwa era, such as sugar daddy relationships, AI, and ASMR.
The script was written by Iwasaki Udai (Kamomentaru), a multi-talented comedian who also writes scripts for stage plays and TV dramas, and others, bringing a unique atmosphere to the urban and stylish worldview of “fear.”
While the preview video released on YouTube has been garnering attention, ahead of the first broadcast on August 15th at 12:58am, the main visual featuring Riko as the main character, Mayu Mizoguchi, and Yuya Takaki as the mysterious, attack-style streamer, Yamakazu, has been released.
In addition, the recently announced special screening event for the drama “Fear” was sold out immediately for the screening with stage greeting. The screening event will be a special advance screening version that includes episodes 3 and 4, which will be shown before the broadcast, in which Yamakazu begins to make big moves and gets closer to Mayu’s true nature. In addition, the first-ever wrap-up footage will be released before the screening, allowing you to enjoy this one-day screening event that can only be seen at the theater.
■#01_Sugar Daddy Activity: Synopsis
Hinata Tanabe, a part-time worker, goes to dinner with a man named Takino whom he met on a dating app. Takino is older than Hinata and is a gentleman, and they have a good time. During this time, Takino confesses that his wife and young daughter died in an accident. Hinata can’t bear to see him get depressed as he remembers those days, so he encourages him. Touched by Takino’s kindness, he hands Hinata an envelope as they part ways and leaves.
When Hinata is surprised by the large amount of money in the envelope, Takino immediately invites him out for a second meal… After that, the two of them start having meals together regularly, but Takino always gives Hinata a large amount of money before leaving. Takino’s invitations gradually become more arbitrary, and he even starts showing up at Hinata’s part-time job and near his home. Scared, Hinata goes to the police for advice, but…
