■The release of the “Cloud Book” containing the soundtrack and scenario of the movie “Cloud” has also been decided.

Six new stills have been released from the film “Cloud” (released September 27th), starring Suda Masaki and directed and written by Kurosawa Kiyoshi.

This suspense thriller depicts the terror that exists alongside our everyday lives in a world where “anyone can become a target.” Masaki Suda plays the protagonist Ryosuke Yoshii, who makes money by reselling goods, Kotone Furukawa plays Akiko, Yoshii’s mysterious girlfriend, Daiken Okudaira plays Sano, a young man who works part-time with Yoshii, Amane Okayama plays Miyake, a man who lives in an internet cafe, Ryosuke Arakawa plays Takimoto, the president of the factory where Yoshii works, and Masataka Kubota plays Muraoka, a senior who invites Yoshii into the reselling business.

The images released this time include a scene where Yoshii, played by Masaki Suda, is held at gunpoint by someone, a scene where suspicious men are silently preparing to film something around Yoshii, whose mouth is covered with duct tape, and a scene where Sano, played by Daiken Okudaira, who got his driver’s license just for this movie, is driving a car. In addition, there is a scene where a mysterious masked man destroys Yoshii’s room, and a scene where Yoshii, who is in distress, and Muraoka, played by Masataka Kubota, and Yoshii have a disturbing conversation on a bench, creating an uneasy atmosphere. These are stills that bring out the fears that humans have.

It has also been decided that the “Cloud Book” containing the soundtrack and scenario of this work will be released. The Cloud Book, which contains the scenario written by director Kiyoshi Kurosawa, the soundtrack by Takuma Watanabe, who composed the music for this work, and a special interview, will be released in limited quantities on September 30th.

The book will be edited and published by boid, which has previously published books such as “Kurosawa Kiyoshi Talks About 21st Century Films,” and the design will be handled by Oshima Itia, who also designed the film’s logo and visuals.
