The music video for “familie,” Mrs. GREEN APPLE’s latest song and the final song in their “five-month consecutive release” series, has been released on Mrs. GREEN APPLE’s official YouTube channel.
The music video is the first for Mrs. to be entirely composed of performance scenes. In addition to Motoki Omori (Vo, Gu), Koto Wakai (Gu), Suzuka Fujisawa (Key), support musicians such as Ryosuke Nikamoto (Ba), Shu Kanematsu (Organ), Yoshihiro Kawamura (Dr), and Hideyuki Kurakazu (Per) gather together and develop a relaxed session. The video is fantastical, as the band moves through various rooms and travels through various different spaces.
The vivid and beautiful CG is captivating, but the homey atmosphere that permeates the band from start to finish is, more than anything, what is so unique about the current Mrs.
The group will be holding a live YouTube broadcast titled “Mrs. GREEN APPLE “Capping 5 Months of Consecutive Releases”” at 11:30pm on August 19th, just before the music video premiere.
The members expressed their gratitude for the five consecutive months of releases, and also announced that they will hold additional shows on November 19th and 20th (Wednesday) for their “regular performance” “Mrs. GREEN APPLE on “Harmony”, which will hold eight shows at K Arena Yokohama in Kanagawa in October. This will bring the total number of shows to 10, and they expect to attract around 200,000 people.
In addition, advance ticket sales (lottery) for the additional performances will begin at 8:00 on August 20th for members of the official fan club, “Ringo Jam.”
