Novelbright collaborates with South Korea's "national sweetheart" Eric Nam to release heartbreak song "Everywhere I Go" digitally

■This is the first time in Novelbright’s history that a production will be done in a session!

Novelbright has collaborated with Eric Nam, a singer-songwriter and actor active around the world who is also known as Korea’s “nation’s sweetheart.”

It has been announced that the new song “Everywhere I Go” will be released digitally under the name Novelbright × Eric Nam on August 23rd, and the cover photo has also been made public.

This song is a sad heartbreak song with a refreshing melody like a blue sky, expressing feelings for an ex-lover.

Eric Nam visited Japan in April 2024 and co-produced the song in the studio, marking Novelbright’s first attempt at producing a song in a session.

The straightforward emotional expression that only English lyrics can provide, and the soft yet powerful, emotional singing voices of Takenaka Yudai and Eric Nam allow the listener to expand on all sorts of imaginations, resulting in a song that shows the new possibilities of Novelbright, brought out by Eric Nam.

The new song “Everywhere I Go” will be available for download from midnight on August 23rd. At the same time, the music video will also be released on Novelbright’s Official YouTube Channel.

Novelbright will hold a solo concert at YES24 LIVE HALL in Korea on October 26th and 27th. They are also currently holding a 29-show national solo tour, “Novelbright LIVE TOUR 2024 ~CIRCUS~”. The tour finale will be an outdoor solo concert at the World Heritage site “Himeji Castle Sannomaru Square” in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture, on October 5th and 6th, Takenaka’s hometown. Be sure to come and experience the band’s biggest ever concert, which is expected to attract 30,000 people over two days.
