It has been decided that the footage of Kenshi Yonezu’s 2023 live tour “Kenshi Yonezu 2023 TOUR / Fantasy” will be screened in theaters around the world in September under the title “KENSHI YONEZU 2023 TOUR / FANTASY.”
The global theatrical screening will begin on September 11th at 20 CGV cinema complexes in Korea, and will be carried out by Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment in over 11 cities around the world, including North America, Europe, South America, and Oceania. Details of the theaters and tickets for each city will be announced at a later date.
In Japan, the video will be released on Blu-ray and DVD as a video version of the 6th album “LOST CORNER”. The final performance of the tour was held at Yokohama Arena on July 2, 2023, and the band secretly performed “Globe”, the theme song of the film “How Do You Live?” directed by Hayao Miyazaki (the official spelling of “崎” is “tatsusaki”). The video includes 23 songs in total, including “Globe”, which is sung with the warmth and tension of the time, “KICK BACK”, “Kanden”, “Uma to Shika”, which features aggressive performances with dancers, and “Lemon”, “M 87”, “Uchiage Hanabi”, and “Gray and Blue”, which are sung emotionally.

In addition, to commemorate the release of the US version of “LOST CORNER,” a pop-up store “KENSHI YONEZU “LOST CORNER” POP-UP in LA” will open for a limited time in Los Angeles, USA on August 23rd local time.
The pop-up store, located at Sunset Boulevard’s Kiosk-o-theque (8224 Sunset Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90046), will be open from August 23rd to 27th. In addition to selling the US version of LOST CORNER, the store will also collaborate with MSCHF, an art collective based in Brooklyn, NY. This is a unique project where you can enjoy a selection of streetwear and miscellaneous goods inspired by the world of LOST CORNER, “junk”, from MSCHF’s Brooklyn headquarters along with the album. The Japanese version will also be on display, so be sure to enjoy LOST CORNER in America.
For his upcoming live tour, “Kenshi Yonezu 2025 TOUR / JUNK” is scheduled to begin in January 2025. Domestically, arena and dome shows have been announced, while overseas, America, Europe, and Asia shows have been announced. The first round of tickets, which will be the fastest advance ticket sales for the domestic shows, will be accepted by lottery until August 25th. Entry will be via the serial number enclosed in the album “LOST CORNER.”
