■ How will George Tokoro react to the breakfast that Kazuya Ohashi makes using high-quality ingredients such as spiny lobster and giant turban shells?
Kazuya Ohashi (Naniwa Danshi) will appear on the MBS show “Tokoro-san Todoke Mono Desu!” which will air on August 24th.
This program is an entertainment variety show that starts with a box, in which various items arrive from senders all over the world to George Tokoro with the message, “We want you to see this!” This time, Kazuya Ohashi gets in a light truck and collects ingredients from Minami Boso to try making a proper breakfast.
Ohashi, who is one of the idols who loves cooking the most, is also particular about collecting cooking utensils and apparently owns 13 knives.
First, we went to a roadside station where fresh ingredients unique to Minami Boso are gathered. We mustered up our courage and tried to ask the customers about them.
Ohashi met a farmer who had come to deliver corn, and was shown his field. He was shown rare white eggplants, thin eggplants, huge zucchinis, and other seasonal vegetables. Keep an eye on Tokoro George’s reaction to the dish he made with summer vegetables.
He also got some delicious seafood, known as “kee” in the Minami Boso dialect. What kind of breakfast did Ohashi make after getting his hands on some high-end ingredients like spiny lobster and giant turban shells? Don’t miss it!
