“Super Cute Pets Gathering! WanNyanNino Land” will be broadcast on TV Tokyo from 6:30pm on August 31st.
This show is the polar opposite of previous animal shows. It is the ultimate pet show in which animals are the main focus, presenting how cute and amazing they are to humans, from the perspective of the animals, asking them to “praise this part!”
The MC is Ninomiya Kazunari, and the sub-MC is Seiiya (Shimofuri Myojo), but as the show features almost only animals, the latest CG technology will be used to transform Ninomiya into a dog and Seiiya into a cat.
Ninomiya is TV Tokyo’s first MC. And it will be his first appearance on a TV Tokyo variety show in 26 years. However, despite it being their first MC appearance and their first appearance in a long time, the two of them will not be showing their faces this time. Ninomiya couldn’t stop commenting, “Did we do something wrong? (laughs),” and Seiya also said, “Wouldn’t it be better for TV Tokyo to definitely show their faces?”
However, the concept of the show is a secret gathering of animals. Since we’re doing it, we’re going full swing and delivering a super cute, hilarious, full-throttle pet show.
■Katagiri Jin and Kamishiraishi Moka appear as narrators!
The presenters (narrators) will be Jin Katagiri and Moka Kamishiraishi, who are also active as voice actors and actors.
Katagiri will present as a dog and Kamishiraishi as a cat, talking about what to praise and how cute the animals that appear in the video are.
Ninomiya and Seiya commented on the impressive lineup of presenters, saying, “They said we should all show our faces!” and “What does that really mean (lol)?” They appealed to everyone to just praise their super cute and amazing pets!

Q: How do you feel after finishing the recording?
Seiya:There are a lot of elements of the show I’ve never seen before. We’re all wearing black clothes and it’s all CGI!
Ninomiya:Just talking!
Seiya: I think you’ll see reactions you’ve never seen before on the wipes! Nino the Shiba Inu had a really amazing look on his face. You’ve gone for it again, TV Tokyo!
Ninomiya:I think this is quite a bold move. TV Tokyo’s last big fireworks display of the summer has been launched! I hope you’ll watch it!Q: What would you like your viewers to praise you for?
Ninomiya:I am doing my best to work energetically. Health is the most important thing! I am grateful for this environment where I can work hard without missing a day at work, but at the same time, I would like to be praised!
Seiya:It’s really just the two of us, Nino-san! This time we’re doing a show together with Ninomiya-san! This is amazing! I want you to praise me. But, it’s a full CG appearance. That was quite a shock (laughs). But we’ve come this far. I want you to praise me! I can see the finish line, just a little bit more! To the top of the entertainment world! Ninomiya:I say this in the film too, so I hope you’ll watch it, but (Seiya) is a hard worker! I really felt that this summer. I was so moved. The second one is two, three, but… can I be serious? I really feel like he’s part of the next new generation. He really does distinguish between TV and YouTube. While there are a lot of people who just take what they see on TV and put it on YouTube, he doesn’t really do that. Maybe that means he’s really smart. But I don’t really want to admit it (laughs): But he has the time, place and occasion to fit into any scene. I think that’s new.
Seiya:There are a lot of things, but first of all. I never get to film a show just the two of us, but he was really kind in between! He was so friendly and would talk about dramas and stuff, he’s so sweet. Secondly, this show is kind of weird, and even in the wipes, he’s always shown as CG of dogs and cats, but he got through the setting. I can’t believe it! He can play any role. Lastly, my family are really big fans! My mom and I have two sisters, so I grew up in an environment with only girls, so I love Arashi, and especially Nino! I’ll never see anything like this again!
Q: Please tell viewers what the highlights of the show are.
Ninomiya:I want people to feel TV Tokyo’s serious summer. After all, it’s CG! The CG doesn’t just have a pattern, it works in tandem with us! I want people to feel the technology that reflects what we do!
Seiya:Is this Ninomiya’s first time as an MC on TV Tokyo?
Ninomiya:First MC!
Seiya:Ehhh!! Is it okay to call me Seiya? I’m so happy! Seiya next to Nino-san! I’ve come this far. This is historic for Nino-san and TV Tokyo. But…
