Ai Iinuma shows off her first wedding dress in the drama “Minami-kun is my Lover!?” “I never thought it would come true so soon”

■ “It turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined, it’s the best first wedding dress ever!”

Ai Iinuma and Yusei Yagi (FANTASTICS) star in the drama “Minami-kun is my Lover!?” (TV Asahi). The seventh episode of this heartwarming home-love comedy with a unique setting in which Yusei Yagi’s character Minami-kun becomes palm-sized at 15cm will be broadcast on September 3rd at 9pm.

■Iinuma Ai reveals her first wedding dress! “It turned out to be many times more beautiful than I imagined.”
Ai Iinuma, who plays the main character Chiyomi in this series, is seen wearing a wedding dress in episode 7.

It was Iinuma’s first time wearing a wedding dress, and not only she but the staff on set were excited! She appeared in a gorgeous dress that showed off her beautiful décolletage, and with a more mature look than usual, everyone was excited by the contrast with her high school uniform look.

Regarding her first wedding dress, Iinuma said, “I had always wanted to wear one for work someday, but I never imagined it would come true so soon.”

While revealing that she was worried about whether the look would suit her and whether she would look too childish, she smiled and said, “I was really happy that I had beautiful hair and makeup on the day, and everyone told me I looked cute and pretty.”

“The scene in the actual story is from Chiyomi’s imagination… so when I think about it, it makes me a little sad…” she said with a slightly sad look on her face, but she also seemed very satisfied, saying, “Chiyomi doesn’t usually wear makeup, so the hair and makeup artist said, ‘I’m looking forward to doing Ai-chan’s makeup properly,’ and they made it several times more beautiful than I could have imagined, so it’s the absolute best first wedding dress I’ve ever had!”

I had always wanted to wear it for work, but I never thought it would come true so soon. I was worried about whether it would suit me and whether I would look too childish, but the dress was lovely, I had beautiful hair and makeup done on the day, and everyone told me I looked “cute” and “beautiful,” so I was really happy.
Chiyomi doesn’t usually wear makeup, so it was a very fresh experience for me! The hair and makeup artist said, “I’m looking forward to putting on Ai-chan’s makeup properly,” and it turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined, so it was the best first wedding dress I’ve ever worn!
