■The live series “THE TOUR OF MISIA” that embodies the essence of MISIA
It has been announced that MISIA’s popular live series “THE TOUR OF MISIA” will be held for the first time in eight years.
MISIA’s live series include those that focus on live performances that can be enjoyed in mystical locations, such as “Live under the Starry Sky” and “Candle Night,” and live performances that pursue a rich groove centered on sessions with top musicians from Japan and abroad, such as the “SOUL JAZZ” series.
The newly announced “THE TOUR OF MISIA” series is a live show that embodies the essence of MISIA, who transcends all borders, and her performance, which combines the latest technology with artistic lighting, is set to reach new heights in her live entertainment. In the 12 shows so far, she has been the first female solo singer to successfully tour the five major domes across Japan, and has even had a spectacular performance where a piano was engulfed in flames.
In her previous tour, “THE TOUR OF MISIA LOVE BEBOP all roads lead to you,” which took place from 2016 to 2017, she performed illusions with DJs and dancers, creating a stage that could be called the pinnacle of entertainment. This tour, held before her 20th debut anniversary, was positioned as a final showdown for the series, and it hadn’t been held for a while since then.
