A special spotlight video for the movie “Mrs. GREEN APPLE // The White Lounge in CINEMA” (released September 13th) has been released.
This film is a movie adaptation of Mrs. GREEN APPLE’s fan club tour, “Mrs. GREEN APPLE 2023-2024 FC TOUR “The White Lounge,” which took place from December 2023 to March 2024.
This tour, which features Mrs. GREEN APPLE’s biggest hits such as “Que Sera Sera” and “Dance Hall,” incorporates the expression methods of a full-fledged musical theater, with all the songs performed being newly rearranged.
The film is an edited version of the live performance footage, with newly shot scenes added specifically for the film. From wherever you sit on the screen, you can immerse yourself in an emotional and beautiful otherworldly world, along with the overwhelming music of Mrs. GREEN APPLE.
The special spot video released this time features impressive scenes spun together with the instrumental version of the song “The White Lounge” written specifically for this tour. It is a special video that will heighten your expectations, announcing the start of a one-of-a-kind musical drama that only they can create.
Additionally, the movie also announced the special gifts for moviegoers that will be distributed at the screening theaters, as well as original movie merchandise.
The special gift for visitors to the cinema will be a “special clear card” inspired by the film used for filming. Different designs will be distributed over two consecutive weeks, the first and second rounds. The first round will be distributed on September 13th, the first day of the release, and features a black and white image of the three members performing “Que Sera Sera.” The design will build anticipation for the film to be shown on the big screen, as people wonder how the black and white scene will turn into color.
The second edition will feature a cut-out performance scene from “Dance Hall” and will be distributed from September 20th. Both will be rare bonuses with limited quantities.

In addition, original movie goods will include a deluxe movie pamphlet featuring about 90 precious live photos, including some new ones, as well as a long interview with the band members, an original shopper and ticket holder set with popcorn, a clear file, a B2 poster, a postcard set, masking tape, and other “white” and cinema-like merchandise that matches the worldview of the film.
Original goods will also be available for purchase on Shochiku’s online shopping site “Froovie” from 10:00 on September 13th.
