In the fourth episode of the original variety show “Run Jin,” released on BTS’ official YouTube channel, BTS’s JIN drew laughter by using the format of “Dangerous Invitation,” a variety show that was hugely popular in the early 2000s.
This time, guests include TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s YEONJUN, YouTuber KwakTube, and martial arts athlete and talent Kim Donghyun.
Appearing as “global jewels,” the group was on a roll right from the dance they performed for their self-introduction. Yeonjun livened up the atmosphere with a sexy and comical dance to a popular song from the Y2K era, while KwakTube and Kim Donghyun drew laughs with their shuffle dance and breakdancing that didn’t match the music. Jin showed off his variety skills by dancing a nostalgic dance from the early 2000s.
In the following quiz game, JIN struggled to get the answers right to the “youth slang” and “old man jokes,” and was doused with water several times, but he continued to raise his hand enthusiastically.
“Run Jin” will be released on the BTS official YouTube channel every Tuesday at 9 PM. It will also be available on the global fandom life platform Weverse one hour after its release on YouTube.
