SEVENTEEN announces the title of their 12th mini album! A teaser video featuring the album title has also been released

It has been announced that the title of SEVENTEEN’s 12th mini album, which will be released in October, will be “SPILL THE FEELS.”

SEVENTEEN will post an additional teaser video containing the album title on the HYBE LABELS YouTube channel and official SNS at midnight on September 16. This is connected to the previously released teaser and gives an idea of the atmosphere of the new album.

The teaser starts with the phrase “I FELT HELPLESS” on the wall of a subway station being transformed into the album title “SPILL THE FEELS”. Next, a man appears sitting with his head bowed on a subway with the floor filled with water. The gloomy atmosphere that filled the screen is reversed with mysterious music. Sunlight shines on the subway floor, and a fantastical space spreads out through the window.

The use of anagrams (a game of rearranging letters to make new words or sentences) is outstanding. The self-confession, “I felt helpless,” is transformed into the slogan “SPILL THE FEELS” through the rearrangement of the letters, foreshadowing SEVENTEEN’s unique positive message.

SEVENTEEN previously expressed the helplessness and loneliness that everyone has experienced at least once through a teaser video released on September 13 and official photo VER.0 released on the 14th. Now, the album title has finally been revealed. Many people are curious about what story they will tell through their new album.

Prior to the release of this album, SEVENTEEN will hold the “SEVENTEEN (RIGHT HERE) WORLD TOUR”, starting with a concert in Korea on October 12th and 13th at the main stadium of Goyang Sports Complex. Nine of the ten shows on the US tour have been sold out. In Japan, the band is scheduled to hold ten dome shows in four cities, starting with the Aichi Vantelin Dome Nagoya show on November 29th and 30th.
