It is a sequel to the Sunday theater “Black Pean” that aired in April 2018 starring Ninomiya, and returns to the Sunday theater for the first time in six years. Season 2 will take place six years after the first season.

The original work is Takeru Kaido’s novels “Blaze Mess 1990” and “Surijie Center 1991″ (Kodansha Bunko). Kaido has continued to raise awareness of Japan’s medical issues through entertainment. Production was decided soon after that, and when I opened the lid, everyone was playing the same role, but I was the only one in a different role (lol). So even though it’s a sequel, it has a lot of freshness to it. I look at you as if I were an additional cast member for season 2 (lol). However, it is necessary to maintain a sense of unity as a work, so we are proceeding through discussions.

Q: Although this is a sequel, you will be playing a different role than the previous one, “Yukihiko Amagi.” Please tell us about your role.
Unlike Tokai-sensei in his previous work, I think he’s going to be a little more light-hearted or pop-ish. The same goes for hair color. Since this is a character who will appear in season 2, I’m like someone who will appear in season 2 (lol).

Q: What is the appeal of the “Black Pean” series, including the original work?
The most appealing thing for me is that the original author, Takeru Kaido, is very kind. The work is wonderful, but I really like the teacher’s personality. So I want to be able to continue doing this for a long time, and I want to create a work that teachers will enjoy when they watch it.

Q: The members from last time have reunited. How is it to be together again after such a long time?
